How I Lost 12 lbs. (6kg) In 2 Weeks!

I know this kind of topic isn’t usually what I write, but I really wanted to tell you about something personal.

For me, gaining weight is such a private matter; I typically avoid talking about it and find the experience to be very alienating.

If everyone is the same, I’m not sure. In actuality, my true thoughts about weight growth were very personal and would remain in the back of my mind. I would frequently eat pasta dishes or dinners made with potatoes, followed by a glass of wine (If I was dining with friends). All of these factors seemed to add up to a diet that was fairly “stodgy” and gluttonous, which is acceptable in moderation but seemed to make up the majority of my meals. It was a big eye-opener for me to realize that the majority of my meals had somehow evolved to be carb-based although I actually enjoy a wide variety of foods.
